Start in a line at corner.
Line one snakes and ladders - One foot preceeding the other until both feet on each side of the line. Repeat to next corner.
Line two round the worlds - Run to left of cone, shuffle round the cone until full rotation complete. Repeat to next corner.
Line three jumps - Plant both feet, jumping each side of the line to the cone. Sprint from cone to the end.
Line four - Walk or jog back to the start. Repeat.
