Progression:
Allow a change of direction, but only after they have passed the defender and in conjunction with a change of pace!
The attacker has to do enough in the first place to interest the defender and create a space
The advantage lies with the attacker in that only she know when she will 'attack'
Head up, feet under body, hips aligned forward, confidence and commitment!
