Defender starts a little way ahead of the attacker. Shooter needs to move around cone first (away from the defender) then change of pace into circle

Now let them add in a change of direction, but it must be outside of the circle or close to the post (no faffing about on the circle edge)

Run in and set up against a defender and do a step, turn or roll (pace can be slower)
