DESCRIPTION

Station 1:

Squish-the-spider (Pivoting)

Focuses on quick change of direction

-Focus on the correct 'outside' foot

-Small steps

-Use of arms

Station 2:

Hurdles

-Focus on bringing the knees up towards the chest instead of jumping with legs backwards.

-Focus on use of arms

Station 3:

Hula Hoops (Small)

-One foot in each hoop

- Drive with arms to next hoop

Station 4:

1st to 2nd cone: Hop on right leg

2nd to 3rd cone: Hop on left leg

3rd to 4th cone: Frog jump

-Focuses on balance and body control

4th cone towards coach: Ask for ball and catch
