Feeder starts with the ball.
Attacker and Defender start with shadow defense movement between the cones
1. shadow defense (attacker drives out to the ball)
2. Contest (attacker receives the ball)
3. Recovery (defense must recover quickly with 2 swift movements)
4. Arms over Ball (Defense defends the pass - no jumping or moving around)
Feeder drives to a new space
Attacker passes to feeder
5. Block (defense blocks the attackers movement as soon as the ball is released)
Once the attacker passes, the defense opens up to a shadow defense position starting the process again but without the cones
