Working in a confinded area, the attacker must make a variety of moves to evade the opponent and receive a pass from the thrower. However, the defender must work to keep the Attacker within the confined area (the triangle cones) and anticipating the pass before intercepting.

the defender must keep her eyes on the thrower, the ball and the opponent at all times.
