shooting~ player 1 has to run around a cone and player 2 then throws player 1 the ball. when player 1 has the ball, they need to shoot, retrieve the ball, pass it to player two and then run around the next cone to catch and shoot agauin. This process carries on until they finish running around all of the cones.
1) when player 2 passes the ball to player 1, they should do a chest pass as it is easier than an over arm throw and is faster than a bounce pass. This will also help give the ball more momentum.
2)when player 2 catches the ball they should have their eyes focused on it and as they land, land with the opposite leg to the hand they shoot with so if they have to take a step forward or to pivot, it will be easier to use the same leg to the hand which they use to shoot.
