The final progression involves the participants getting back in to groups of 3, where there will be one worker, one feeder and one defender. The feeder stands opposite the worker about 5 meters apart, with the defender standing just in front of the worker. The worker wants to get round the defender, to receive a random type of pass from the feeder and land with the correct footwork from whatever speed they were travelling at. They should complete 10 successful dodges, catches and landings before swapping, they should all get a go at each position.
Ask if the participants have any questions and demonstrate the drill, then walk around while the drill is taking place to make sure everyone is doing ok.
