Progressing on from the last drill, the participants will be learning how to use foot work and passes at the same time. The participants will be split in to two groups, one each end on the court, they will need to stand one behind the other; with one feeder standing opposite them about 7 metres apart. One at a time the participants will drive towards the feeder, where the feeder will pass the ball to them; the participants will need to catch the ball and land with one or both feet on the group without moving them, then pass the ball back to the feeder and go to the back of the line. The feeder will use a chest pass each time, so the participants can get used catching and landing at the same time. They should swap feeders throughout the drill, so they all get a go at working.
Make sure all participants understand the drill and demonstrate, then walk around while they are doing the drill to encourage and correct them.
