for the warm up all participants must run up and down the court 5 times, after that, change the style, so skipping on my first whitsle, sprinting on my second, and then my third is touching the ground and jumping up. After this then they do static stretches.

COACHING POINTS

make sure they know and understand the warm up. that they have the correct clothing before they partake in the exercise. make sure they can hear me clearly and that i blow the whistle loud enough.
