One step in each square x 3 (light feet/eyes up)
Double feet in each area x 3 (light feet/eyes up)
In and Out: 2 feet in square then single foot out on the right side then back in. Then single foot out on the left side and back in x 3 (eyes up)
Then repeat with quick ball added to help with eyes up
Then stand to side of ladder (facing forward) put left foot in then out and have a thrower passing them the ball repeat with right foot
Start 2-3 metres away drive to the ladder jump land one right foot and catch the ball pass back to thrower recover to start point and drive again to ladder repeat on left foot
