Players use short sharp movements to navigate quickly around their team mates, while keeping their heads up.

Line your players up one behind the other with space between them (approximately one metre apart). Adjust the space between players to increase (more space) or decrease (less space) complexity for players.
Starting at the front of the line the first player rolls off (left and right) and runs weaving through all team players before sprinting back to their starting position. The next player then goes.
Note that players must weave through all of their team members; therefore a player that starts half way down the line will weave to the end of the line, sprint back to the start of the line and continue to weave until back to their starting position

When the team has 9 players split them into 3 groups of 3 so that the groups are even and the girls get more turns.
