Start as above, Throwers now pass the ball out to the side so the worker has to move to recieve the pass. 10 passes and swap over
PROGRESSION 2:
Start as above, thrower A rolls the ball for worker to recieve and thrower B puts the ball up high for the worker to recieve. 10 passes and swap.
