Split teams equally and work across court. Use only 1 third.
1 Team starts with the ball and must work the ball to the other transverse line using every team player before placing the ball in the ground over the line.
Once the team has the ball on the otherside, they score 1 point and give the other team the ball. They must work the ball across to their side.
To start with players can use lob passes, then eliminate and only allow forward passes.
Space awareness is the key. Make sure players are making strong leads.
2nd options if needed.
Communication wihtin the team.
All other netball rules apply, no offside, stepping 3 feet ect.
