This play is about getting the shooters to use the C and WA as support. Start off in the positions shown, with the attacking centre having control of the ball. The players can pass in any sequence, but the point of this drill is to get the shooters to work the circle and get as close to the goal as possible before taking the shot.
Start off by not allowing the shooters to take a shot, only passing. The shooters must pass outside the circle, not to each other. After a while, allow them to take a shot within a 4 foot radius of the goal, after ensuring 10 passes have been made first. At this point, they can start passing to each other as well.
