Players will seperate in two teams of 4.
One team attacking another defending.
The aim of the game is to practice passing but ensuring there are five passes before shooting.
Chest passes from the centre pass, trying to get the ball to GS or GA as close to the ring as possible.
There may be more than 5 passes, this is just a guide line.
Once there has been a minimum of 5 passes the shooter may shoot the ball.
If defence intersepts the ball, go back and start again.
After 5-7 minutes swap teams. The defence will now be attacking.
The aim of this skill development session is to work together as a team passing assisting to help the shooters get as close to the ring as possible.
Players must use their voices to make it clear they are free.
Strong chest passes. Use bounce passes in the ring if needed. Work together.
