Step 1 - Colour Cards
Attacker moves passively behind the cones while Defender tries to keep their shoulder along the midline of the attackers body
Passer holds up colour cards in which the defender must call out the colour while maintaining their position
Step 2 - Add ball
Continue with defencive movement from step one, passer can now pass the ball to the attacker
Step 3 - Forward attack movement added
The attack can now drive forward and the defence will need to rotate their body position and footwork in order to contest the pass
