DESCRIPTION

Sprints.

Girls are in their actual teams.

Place cones 5m apart and each team stands at one end doing fast feet.

On the whistle they sprint to the other side at full pace til they are on the other side of the cones where they drop immediately and start doing as many situps as they can til the whistle goes where they immediately jump up quickly and do fast feet til the whistle goes where they sprint to the other side. when on the other side they drop immediately and do as many burpees til the whistle goes where they jump up and do fast feet til the whistle goes. repeat.

if any team member isnt working at capcity for sprints then move the cones 2m further apart for that team.

if any team member isnt working at capacity for either burpees, situps, or fast feet, then the entire group will do them until they are putting in more effort.
