DESCRIPTION

  • 1 defender, 1 attacker, 2 feeders
  • Players find a space on the court
  • Feeders pass the ball between them slowly
  • Defender marks attacker making sure she can see the ball at all times
  • The attacker can only move side to side
  • Feeders can pass the ball to the attacker at any time
  • The aim is for the defender to intercept the pass
