DESCRIPTION

  • 2 balls, 2 feeders, 3 cones
  • Attacker drives at an angle to the first cone and recieves a pass
  • Attacker returns pass back to feeder before driving to the back cone, then drives to the next front cone at an angle to recieve another pass from the second feeder
  • Attacker then joins the back of the line
  • Continuous practice
