DESCRIPTION

  • 2 balls, 1 feeder
  • Attackers lined up one behind the other opposite the feeder
  • Front 2 attackers have a ball
  • First attacker sends ball to feeder (1) before driving out at an angle to recieve a return pass (2)
  • As the first attacker recieves the ball back, the second attacker sends their ball to the feeder (3), drives out an angle on the opposite side to recieve the ball back (4) whilst the first attacker sends the ball back to the next in line.
  • The first attacker then joins the back of the queue (5) and the same with the second attacker (6)
  • Continuous practice
