5 a-side netball match using the positions: GA, GD, C, GS, GK. Using a full cort the participants will position themselves ready in their starting positions.
After 5 minutes the whistle will be blown and the participants will swap positions in the cycle: C-GA, GA- GK, GK-GS, GS-GD.
The game will be stopped and a free pass will be awarded if the following occurs: footwork, replayed ball, off side/ ball out of cort and held ball (4 seconds).
