Emily's goaling drill

Start with four even lines of players behind each green cone and one player in the ring. The ball starts at the blue 'A'. The red 'A' runs out and recieves the ball. The ball then gets thown to the runnign blue 'D'. While this is happening the blue 'A' runs in the line she threw the ball and doges back on a left angle then douges again back onto the ring and recieves a lob from the blue 'D'. The blue 'A' then passes to an on coming blue 'F'. She then gives and gos across the circle about a metre and recievs a chest pass on the cirle from the blue 'F'. While this is all happening the red 'A' has cleared out around the orange cone and gone back to her line. The next in line, the red 'D' runs across the base line and is given a pass from the blue 'A' under the ring and shoots. Then passes back to the next in line after the blue 'A' and starts again. After the blue 'D' has finished passing to the blue 'A' she then goes to the line to her left behind the green cone. After the blue 'F' has passed to the blue 'A' on the circle she then lines up at the green cone to her left. After the blue 'A' has finished passing the ball under the ring to the red 'D' she then runs around the orange cone on the side line and goes to the line behind the green cone in the corner of the goal third.
