DESCRIPTION

Players move towards the two cones in a shuttle fashion, displaying correct technique of change of direction. The first stretch should be a run of 50% effort, whilst the return stretch should show change of pace to sprint back to the start. Each player has ten attempts.

Players choose one of two directions to move in. Show change of direction and pace at the first cone to sprint to the final cone. Each player has five attempts.

SECOND PROGRESSION; Move forward to the first cone, and then show backward movement to the starting cone. Restart the initial movement path. Each player has five attempts.
