Start in positions. The WA runs foreward and the GA runs back. The C passes to the WA and then runs to the left of the circle. WA then passes to the GA and runs to the right of the circle. GA passes to the GS and runs in to the circle while the GS shoots.
Throw hard passes. Once players have got this down try with defenders.
