Each position is to ensure that they are getting into their areas of space, the wings are to remain within the blue area whilst the GA/GD are to remain within the red area, the GK/GS within the white cones and the centre can move anywhere. This is a half court game however is to ensure that the players are not becoming crowded in the spacial areas allowing progression up court. This is to ensure that the players passes are strong enough and dodging can be used successfully to avoid cramming.
