The players will get into teams of three, with primary one defender and two attackers. The players will get into two players of the defender and attacker and the thrower approximately 5 metres apart from each other behind the lines. The objective is so that the attacking player drives out at a 45 degree angle with the defender, so that the attacker receives the ball in front whilst the defender tries to intercept the ball which will happen if the ball is not thrown in front of the player. If the defender is more successful then get the players to then cut back again inside (all in diagrams)
