Linning up one behind the other, the players will practice their 5 metre sprint and jump in the air landing wothout footwork whislt recieving the ball. I will throw the ball towards the player as they run out and recieve the ball, ensuring that they land with no footwork and are able to throw the ball back to me. Also ensring that they catch the ball inbetween myself and the line so that the distance is long enough to catch a shoulder pass. Then they will join the back of the line when it is the next players go, flowing and ensure that the skill is repeated to ensure that the players have practiced the skills and begin to become used to them.
