Coach stands in middle of large circle, uses one of the three passes to pass the ball to one of the girls in the cicle. They catch the ball properly, then pass back using the same pass (e.g. bounce, chest or shoulder). They then run clockwise around the circle and back into their original place.
As they are running the coach should pass the ball to the second player using one of the three passes. They should pass the ball back and copy player 1's actions until they are back in their place.
If there are two coaches, the circles could be made smaller to get the passes going quicker. You have to be back into your spot to catch the ball!
