Bounce Pass
With a partner, stand a few metres apart. Ball at hip height, transferring weight forward into front (opposite) leg and bounce the ball 2/3 of the way towards your partner.

Shoulder Pass
With same partner, catch the ball, transfer to one hand, step forward with opposite foot, use arm to point to pass target and pass ball using core muscles, catch the ball with both hands. The ball should go flat through the air with a slight arch the further apart you are.

Chest Pass
Catch the pass at your chest and push it back from your chest towards your partner immediately.
