Two feeders, two defenders, rest attackers.
Attacker drives and cuts in front of the defender, and hits the circle, where they recieve a pass.
Attackers then clear out to the side and have a go at the other side.
Initially, have defenders remain stationary. Once all players have the hange of the movement, allow the defenders to start moving and putting pressure on the attackers.
Make sure that feeders are passing quickly, not retaining the ball for too long. try to get them passing early, and stretching the attackers so that they leap and land right on the circle.
Make sure the cut in front of the defender isnt a slow circle that brings the attacker too clost to the passer. Get them doing sharp front cuts and hard drives.
