Group together two pairs so they are in groups of 4. One pair goes aganst eachother first, they stand opposite facing eachother.
Another person throws the ball up in between them and they both have to try to catch the ball first to gain possession.
The other person has to be the caller of who catches the ball first and evaluate if it's a close call by seeing the placement of each of their hands.
Swap over so the next pair are competing against eachother.
Repeat this several times until they feel like they have improved at it.
