DESCRIPTION

  1. Players are to stand with feet shoulder width apart with their shoulder each facing a red cone (they should be standing at a 45deg angle).
  2. Players are then going to side step on the angle to the first red cone and back.
  3. They then need to turn and face the other way between the start and the second red cone and repeate
