In pairs, 1 ball, 1 cone. Set up 8m apart. Worker (C) starts with the ball.
Shoulder pass- elbow at a right angle, opposite foot stepping into the pass as the ball is released. The ball is 'pushed' straight through the air, with the arm and hand pointing in the direction of the ball to follow through.
Jump pass- both feet shoulder width apart. Ball in both hands. Bring the ball above the head and as player is about to release the ball they jump up in the air. This allows the ball to gain more height. Ball tradjectory is flat or down depending on where the receiver is.
