Defence start passive & increase intensity.
Attacker uses practiced moves to receive ball from feeder 1 and returns ball to feeder 2.
Feeder has to accurately put the ball AWAY from the defender.
Defender - decides on how/where to place themselves.
All about intensity - do not reset between passes. 10-20 passes each depending on level.
REMEMBER - ELEVATION. 2 FEET LANDING GIVES YOU MORE OPTIONS.
If able to video each other then will start to see a difference btwn good/bad feeds.
