All players line up spread between 2 cones. They sprint one length, to the adjacent cones & then walk back to original cone. Players are to continue sprinting between cones, each time increasing the length of sprint by on.
1 Sprint = 1 Recovery
2 Sprint = 1 Recovery
3 Sprint = 2 Recovery
4 Sprint = 2 Recovery
5 Sprint = 3 Recovery
Once the players have made their way up to 5 sprints, work their way baackwards, each time reducing the length of sprint by one.
