2 feeders (C,C) and 1 worker (GD).
GD runs on a diagonal path between the feeders (solid arrow).
When running on a diagonal towards one feeder the worker will receive the ball and pass it to the opposite worker to then run at a diagnonal to receive the ball from that feeder.
Switch roles so all three players practice their footwork and passing as a worker.
Feeders - pass ball in front of the player to their leading hand to allow them to run onto the ball.
Worker - the diagonal run should be a sprint to receive the ball in front. Always turn on your outside foot and pivot to the outside to turn away from 'defenders' who tend to place themselves on the inside of you to defend. The pass down to the other player should be strong as it will be a longer distance than required for a chest pass (use shoulder or O/head).
