DESCRIPTION

Description

V1. Player starts centre top D. Pulls away towards p-spot and leads around the yellow strips to receive a pass at the top of the D.

Attempt to take a single touch and shoot (2 touches for lower groups).

Alternate sides red-blue-red-blue. Follow pass to replace.

V2. Use coaches as static defenders at the top of the D. So attackers are posting up from behind and using first touch and body position to "eliminate" defender.

V3. 1-2. Both players lead around to top D. Pass played to blue player. Blue player passes square to red player. Red player rolls into D. Shot or back post deflection to blue player.
