All kids to do this - dribble to the far end of the court and back, as quickly as possible.

The aim is to get the kids dribbling at a speed they are comfortable with, and to help with fitness.

As they come back to the top we will divide them into three groups for the drills

We need to remind the kids of the following:

  • Left hand at the top of the stick.
  • Right hand in the middle of the stick.
  • Ball in contact with the flat side of the stick.
