Red team #1 hits to try to score. If her shot goes in, she joins the blue team, becomes #6. If she doesn't score, stay with red. Everyone should get several shots, plus as a bonus, attempts to block the ball too.
If we have 32 kids, make 4 games of 4v4 - something like that. Emphasise shooting with a quick swing, not a big backswing.
