Hockey Drill Demonstration


5 players, 4 cones making a 10 x 10 square.

Pass the ball anticlockwise around the grid, follow the pass.

Receive the ball across your body with 1st touch, push pass with 2nd touch, then follow the pass. 7 minutes.

Extend the grid to 20 x 20, hitting the ball. 7 minutes.

Water break.
