Introduce the idea of TRAFFIC LIGHTS. Recognise whether we are red, amber or green and how we can de-escalate from red-green.

1. The longer we hold onto the ball what happens to the defense? [Defenders will get drawn in to the player on the ball]
2. What does this mean to us as an attacking team? [opportunities for overloads in other places on the pitch]
