Here there are two exercises in one, Wouter will focus on the circle and Robert on outside the circle. The ball will be played to the side and then this player will decide where to pass, the player in the square should be moving constantly but not leaving the square and react to the pass from the player passing. This means they have to react and sprint towards the ball, this is very realistic to a match.
Once the midfielder gets the ball they will charge towards the 23' and give a ball to the forwards, varying from bounce pass, hit and flats.
