D. Starting on the inside on the goal-ball line, this player will have to defend against C in a 1v1 for the mini goal.
The rule for the 1v1 is the ball has to be passed into the white square and the first touch needs to be here, also it can not leave the square unless it is under control.
This will be done on both sides, the players will rotate ABCD.
