Exercise 1 - Transfering the ball around the back in attack:
1. The first player will drive towards the circle then turn and give the ball to the player on the side.
2. The ball will be transfered around the back and then passed into space back to the first player, during this time the player will run through the speed ladder and then wait.
3. Once the ball is passed into the corner the player will run towards it, collect it and give it back to the player waiting on the circle.
4. This player will get the ball and score.
