Two lines of approx 6 players.
Players dribble & attempt to run straight to cone in front of them.
Two defenders use the jab tackle to channel the players to the outside of the cone.
Players dribble round cones.
Two further defenders use the jab tackle to channel the attacker away from any attempt on goal.
Start with coaches/helpers as the defenders to show the players what to do, then rotate round players so that they have turns at attack & defense.
Use a full quarter of pitch for length of circuit
