The ball will be transferred from the sideline to the help side, the player on the side will receive the ball then as fast as they can play a 1v1 towards the goal, the defender will defend until the circle. Players giving the transfers will be Meike Alice Amelie and Danielle, the other 9 will be doing the 1v1s. Defenders and attackers can change after each attack.
