This challenge is to test how well you can score goals from different distances. It also tests accuracy and mental strength under fatigue. There will be a total of 9 shots at goal. The balls are set up in three rows at varied lengths.
1. Start at the left cone in the row closest to the goal. Push the ball into the goal.
2. Once you have scored run up and around the top marker and back to the next ball in that row.
3. Repeat steps 1 – 2 for that row and then repeat on rows 2 and 3.
ROW 1 – Push
ROW 2- Anything
ROW 3 – Hit
Get playeers to run hard up and around top marker to get players to become more tired. Encourage.
