This challenge is to test your speed and changing of directions.
1. Start at yellow cone. Run up to the red cone and then run backwards back to the yellow cone.
2. From the yellow cone run around the orange cones up to the red cone and run backwards back to the yellow cone.
3. From the yellow cone, run around the orange/blue cone to the far blue cone. Then run diagonally up to the next blue cone, run backwards to the next blue cone and then sprint across to the last blue cone.
