Coach will call out a series of numbers and those players will do to the other grid with the aim of winning the ball.
in areas with a goal attackers will play to goal. Areas without attackers to connect 5 passes (develop this to 10 or more). If defenders win ball get ball back to your own playing area.
Scoring System - Points scored for the following
Points determined by number in overload or underload. If defence are overloaded by 3 players and they win ball 3 points. If attackers score with overload of 2 players 2 points etc.
